ABOUT

Morgan Malley is an educator and executive functioning coach dedicated to helping students build the skills they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

Morgan Malley is an educator and executive functioning coach whose own journey with undiagnosed ADHD shapes the heart of her work. As a student, she struggled with focus and organization until a college disability counselor recognized her symptoms as classic inattentive ADHD and encouraged her to seek evaluation. This sparked a decade-long career in and love for education.

Over the past ten years, Morgan has taught in outdoor schools, private schools, and public schools. Her current public school uses an inclusive classroom model where nearly one-third of her students require special education instruction. She also instructs academic intervention in math and literacy to below grade level students. These experiences reinforced what she knew from her own story: when students strengthen executive functioning skills—organization, planning, time management, and self-advocacy—they unlock both academic success and self-belief.

At Mind Meadow, Morgan works one-on-one or in small groups with students to create structure that feels supportive. Her sessions combine practical strategies with encouragement, helping students manage deadlines, design study systems, and advocate for themselves while also fostering independence.

Morgan holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Science from Cal Poly, SLO as well as an M.Ed in Teaching and Learning Science from the University of Washington and a Teaching Credential in Biology from San Francisco State University. She recently completed a two year instructional mentorship with a Master Science Teacher from Harvard.
